If you encounter this error while creating a new bot, please review your bots list of bots and disable any the inactive bots, or upgrade your package. Refer to the article MSPbots Paywall and Billing Setup for instructions on how to upgrade your plan.

- Go to Bots in the MSPbots app.
- Select the My Bots Tab.
- In the Quick Filter section, select the Trigger switch to show the triggered bots only.
- Select your connected integrations except for MS Teams.
What does unlimited bots mean?

Users with the FREE subscription have limited bot usage. (See How many bots are included in my subscription?) On the other hand, for clients subscribed to packages and bundles, each licensed user with the appropriate permissions can create ten (10) bots and use these bots to send unlimited messages to any licensed user in the team using these bots. Only licensed and paying users can open the notifications.
