You need API info to connect PRTG Network Monitor to MSPbots. 

To set up the PRTG integration: 

1. Secure the following API information for PRTG: 
   1. Server URL
   2. User name
   3. Pass hash
2. Log in to the MSPbots app and go to Integrations.  
3. Search for PRTG Network Monitor and click it.
4. Enter the Server URL, User Name, and Pass Hash in the corresponding fields. 
   

How to Connect PRTG to MSPbots

Perform the following steps:

1. Your PRTG Server Name: Input the server name you use to log in to PRTG.
2. PRTG API Username and PRTG API Passhash: Enter the API username and passhash for your PRTG instance. 
3. Click Save and And Sync.
