Priority Rules are the set of rules that will determine the priority ticket from the list of tickets that we set in our Filter. The process is that we assign positive points to prioritize a ticket and lower or negative points to deprioritize a tickettickets for technicians out of all the tickets pooled by the NextTicket Filters. To create rules, admins assign positive points to more significant (high priority) scenarios to prioritize tickets, and fewer or negative points to minor scenarios (less priority) to deprioritize tickets.
