You can request MSPbots to delete your MSPbots account and ask for the data to be removed.
Please send an email request from an Admin account to support@mspbots.ai so we can make sure that the people who requested the deletion have the authority to do so we also need to document in case it was done by the wrong people.

- MSPbots is a freemium account, it ; NOT deleting your account will not cost you anything for NOT deleting your account.
- You might spend some time already to setup the have already spent time setting up your dashboards, widgets, bots, etc. If you ever decided to come back in the future, those assets could be still usefuland other settings. These assets will still be of use if you decide to utilize MSPbots again in the future.
- If you don't want us to sync stop syncing your data, you can just simply delete the integration at the https://app.mspbots.ai/integrations page.delete your PSA's integration from the Integrations section in the app.

If you still want to have your account deleted:
Use your admin account to send an account deletion request to support@mspbots.ai. This will ensure that the requestor has the authority to send the request for deletion. We will document the request and the requestor's name.
If you want to remove MSPbots app from your Teams:
Follow these steps to remove MSPbots app from your Teams.
Please log in to the Microsoft Teams admin center with your Teams app admin account.
- In the left-hand navigation pane, click on Teams apps and then Manage apps.
- Under the All apps tab, search for MSPbots and click on it. The App status of MSPbots should be Allowed at this point.
- Click on Actions at the top right corner of the MSPbots page, and then select Block app.
- Go back to the Manage apps page and confirm that the App status of MSPbots is now Blocked. This means that you have successfully removed the MSPbots app from Teams.
