Set up and connect NinjaOne

1. Generate the API Key Client ID and Client Secret for  for NinjaOne. 
   1. Log in to your NinjaOne instance with a system user that has access to generate API Credentials. 
      
   2. Once logged in, navigate Navigate to Configurations on the left-hand side of your instance.

   3. Then, navigate to Integrations under the Configurations options.

   4. Once you are on the Integrations screen, you should see a list of your current API Keys and other integration settings. Select Generate API Key on the top right-hand corner of the page. Add a description for the API Key if you want to.

   5. Configuration > Apps > API > Client App IDs and click the Add button.

   6. Select API Services (machine-to-machine) from the drop-down list.

   7. Enter the needed information in the application settings.

      Note: For a detailed description of each setting, please refer to https://app.ninjarmm.com/apidocs-beta/authorization/create-applications/machine-to-machine-apps.Then, note down the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key for your NinjaOne setup. Close the window once you take note of the credentials.

      If the Client ID and Client Secret are incorrectly filled in, you will receive an error message from NinjaOne in the new interface, as follows:

2. Log in to the MSPbots app as an administrator. 
3. Go to Integrations and search for NinjaOne. 
4. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret. 
   
5. Click Save and Sync. Data sync will start immediately.
