How to Connect PRTG to MSPbots
You need API info to provide some company information to connect PRTG Network Monitor to MSPbots.
Perform the following steps:
To set up the PRTG integration:
- Secure the following API information for PRTG:
- Server URL
- User name
- Pass hash
- Log in to the MSPbots app and go to Integrations.
- Search for PRTG Network Monitor and click it.
- Enter the Server URL, User Name, and Pass Hash in the corresponding fields
- Your PRTG Server Name: Input the server name you use to log in to PRTG.
- PRTG API Username and PRTG API Passhash: Enter the API username and passhash for your PRTG instance.
- Click Save and And Sync.
