Card widgets have a feature that plays a sound alert when a condition is met. The sound feature is configured and activated on the Widget Builder.

Activate or enable the sound alert

- Go to Widgets on the MSPbots app and open the card widget that needs a sound alert.
- On the
Sound Feature is only available to a card number widget type. If you activate this feature, it will play a sound once the condition that was indicated in the widget builder conditional formatting is met. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
- In Widget Builder window, click the Condition icon,then click the Add Rule button link.

2. Enter or Assign Widget Rule name.
3. Add condition.
- Enter a name for Widget Rule and click to add a condition.
- Tick the Play Alert Sound checkbox
