Setting up a NinjaOne integration with MSPbots is done by authorizing NinjaOne in MSPbots and configuring the data source.

To set up and connect NinjaOne

  1. Generate the API Key and Client Secret for NinjaOne. 
  2. Log in to the MSPbots dashboard as an administrator.
  3. Go to Integrations and search for NinjaOne.
  4. Enter the Client ID, and Client  Secret

  5. Click Save and Sync.

    1. Log in to your NinjaOne instance with a system user that has access to generate API Credentials.

    2. Once logged in, navigate to Configurations on the left-hand side of your instance.

    2. Then, navigate to Integrations under the Configurations options.

    2. Once you are on the Integrations screen, you should see a list of your current API Keys and other integration settings. You will want to selectSelect Generate API Key in on the top right-hand corner of the page. If you desire, include Add a description for the API Key if you want to.

    2. Then, note down the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key for your NinjaOne setup. Close the window once you take note of the credentials.

      If the Client ID and Client Secret are incorrectly filled in, you will receive an error message from NinjaOne in the new interface, as follows:

  7. Log in to the MSPbots app as an administrator. 
  8. Go to Integrations and search for NinjaOne
  9. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret
