Introduction
The SimpleSAT dashboards package is an integration that captures the customer satisfaction (CSAT) and net promoter score (NPS) data from the SimpleSAT tool and provides users a complete overview of the company's performance. It shows overall CSAT and NPS scores and breakdowns per company, per customer, and more. Users can click on any widget to drill down on specific metrics, making it easier to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

1. Navigate to the MSPBots Apps page
2. Click + Add From Marketplace
3. Select "SimpleSAT Dashboards Package" on the list. Then, click "Add" button.
How to view the SimpleSAT Dashboards?
1. Navigate to the MSPBots Apps page
2. Click "SimpleSAT Dashboards Package"
3. Hover into the "Dashboard" drop-down menu. Then, Click and select to view the specific Dashboard.
