Clients may need choose to share reports with employees or tenants with different permissions. This can be that can be viewed from a user's browser. This is done by utilizing the share Shareable Link function of the MSPbots dashboards where there is an option to share reports using a shareable link. which allows users to copy a shareable link to attach to emails or any other channel. This function also has the option to set a duration for which the link will be accessible by the recipients. 

This article shows how to use the Shareable Link function to share reports.  

Before you start, make sure that you have the following:

• Access to the MSPbots Dashboards
• The email address to where the reports will be sent

To share a dashboard using a shareable link

1. Go to Dashboards and search for the dashboard that you want to share. 
2. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Share from the options. 
   
3. Click the Copy button to copy the URL for sharing.

4. Click Additional Settings to set a Customized Time or No Time Limit for when the link will be available for access. 
5. Click Save.You  You may now share the link via email or any channel. 

Important: Don't forget to Save before copying and sharing the link.
