You need to provide some company information to connect the API URL, public key, and secret key when connecting Datto BCDR to MSPbots.
Perform the following steps :
- Api Url: Enter the api url you set up earlier.
- Public Key: Enter the public key you set up earlier.
- Secret Key: Enter the secret key you set up earlier.
- Click Save and Sync.
How do I access the API Configuration Options?

- Click the Admin tab, then select Integrations from the drop-down menu.

- On the Integrations page, click the BCDR button at the top of the screen.

- The Business Continuity and Data Recovery integration information panes will now open. Click the Enable API button in the top portion of the pane.

- Datto REST API is now enabled, and configuration options will now appear.

- Log in to the MSPbots app and navigate to Integrations.
- Search for Datto BCDR and click on it.
- Enter the API URL, Public Key, and Secret Key in the corresponding fields.
- Click Save and Sync.
