Authorize AD background Sync Permission

Information needed and why do we need it

MSPbots require permission to sync users’ managers, position, and avatar pictures, as well as future users’ data changes from AAD. The sync happens in the background, so we can keep your user information updated all the time, so you don't need to manually sync the data when you onboard or offboard employees.

Information needed and why do we need it:

1. User name and Email address are used to identify the user and map their email address with the PSA user account.
2. Managers' info, will be used for the bots to alert the managers when users are not in compliance with company policy or procedure.
3. Job Title will be used to automate the job title-related dashboard and trigger certain bots that only apply to certain job titles.
4. Avatar pictures make it easier to identify the user in the list and give users better UI.
