  1. Open the Company QuickBooks file and make sure it stays open.
    1. You will not able to link the Web Connector if the QuickBooks is not open and logged in already.
  2. Log in to https://app.mspbots.ai/Integrations
  3. Copy the password, update the path, then save it.
    1. The path of the platform comes from the file path of QuickBooks on the server. The path has to include the file name and .QBW extension.
  4. Download "Web Connector Installer" and "Web Connector File"

    2. Install QuickBooks Web Connector if you don't have it already
  5. Download Quickbooks Desktop Web connector file: APP_QBFS.qwc

  6. Then Double click the "Web Connector Files" QWC file, it should open the QuickBooks Web Connector Application.

    1. If you haven't already, configure Web Connector to run when QuickBooks is closed

      1. Sign in to QuickBooks as the Admin user.
      2. If QuickBooks is on Multi-user mode, go to the File menu, then select Switch to Single-user Mode.
      3. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
      4. Select Integrated Applications, and then select the Company Preferences tab.

      7. Select Properties.
      8. Check Allow this application to log in automatically.
      9. In the Authorization window, select YES.

    2. Start QuickBooks Web Connector
    3. Authorize access:
      1. Click 'Add an Application' and choose the QWC file. Click Ok.
    4. Enter Password
      1. Input the password

  7. Sync data to MSPBots
    • Click the checkbox of the application added, and click 'Update Selected' to do a manual sync.
    • Check 'autorun' and set up autorun interval in 'Every 720 Min'
  8. It takes about 10-15 minutes to sync up the data. You can close the windows once the progress bar reaches 100%.
