How to set up the N-able Passportal integration with MSPbots

1. Navigate to Integrations on the MSPbots app.

2. Search for N-able Passportal and click it to open the connection settings.

3. Please fill Fill in all of the following required fieldsand refer . Refer to "To obtain the parameters for connecting to the N-able Passportal integration"  for the necessary values.
   
   • Base URL
   • Access key ID
   • Secret access key

4. Click Save and Sync.

5. The page displays a success , message indicating that MSPbots has successfully connected to N-able Passportal.

How to get the parameters for

setting up the N-able Passportal integration

1. Please log in Go to the N-able Passportal . Please note that you should select login page and click Log in with N-ablehere.
   
2. After logging in to Once logged, get the base URL of your N-able Passportal , for dashboard. For example, if your Passportal's dashboard URL is 'http://ca-clover.passportalmsp.com/dashboard#/default', you would use ', copy "ca-clover.passportalmsp.com' " and enter it as your Base URL in Step 3 of the previous guide.

3. Next, on your aPassportal dashboard, go Go to Settings > API Keys to access and click the Create access key button to access the API Keys Management page，and click Create access key.
   
4. Click Image Removed the Show key button to  display display the Secret access key.
   
5. The Take note of the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are the credentials that MSPbots use to connect to for connecting MSPbots to the N-able Passportal.
