Connect You can connect Freshdesk to MSPbots using the guide below.
To set up your MSPbots integration with Freshdesk:
- Register for a Freshdesk account and log in.
- Test your connection. To prevent errors, ensure that the Freshdesk account you are using has the correct credentials.
- Next, go to the MSPbots app and navigate to Integrations.
- Find Freshdesk Find Freshdesk and click it to open.
- Enter the Subdomain and API Key, then click Save And Sync.
