- Register for a Freshdesk account and log in.
- Test your connection. To prevent errors, ensure that the Freshdesk account you are using has the correct credentials.
- Next, go to the MSPbots app and navigate to Integrations.
- Find Freshdesk and click it to open.
- Enter the Subdomain and API Key, then click Save And Sync.
Friendly reminder:
- A subdomain should be the domain name for a portal website, similar to: https://domain.freshdesk.com
- The API Key can be found in the portal system, please refer to the official documentation: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#getting-started
