  1. Go to https://app.mspbots.ai, and click Sign in with Office 365.

  2. Sign in using your Office 365 account.

  3. Once logged in, Click on Settings > Get Started.

  4. Click Get Started and follow the prompts.Then click on Get Started. Input necessary details about your MSP. Then on the last step click Set-Up Integration.

  5. Next, go to Settings > User Management.

  6. Add new users and click the New User button.

  7. Fill in all the mandatory fields and click Confirm.


  8. The new user is successfully added if he or she can already be viewed in the list.



  9. You are all set.
