| Average daily utilized time past 7 days | Sum of all technicians in the company. This will be used to measure if technicians are using works hours to do the tasks which they are hired to perform. |
| Average daily work hours in past 7 days | This will be used to measure daily log work hours. This will help Service Managers to monitor if their technicians are following the agreed daily work hours. |
| Daily Utilization ratio in past 7 days | This will be used to measure if technicians are meeting target utilization of their hours. |
| Daily average utilized work hours by user in past 7 days | Graph to show per user. This will be used to measure if technicians are using works hours to do the tasks which they are hired to perform. |
| Daily work hours & utilization ratio trend in 30 days | Stack bar with line measures to gauge utilization performance per day. |
| Users falling below target utilization rate in 7 days | Stack bar with line measures to list technicians that are not meeting the utilization rate. This will trigger Service Managers to tap their Technicians into meeting target and use their time efficiently. |
| Utilization Analysis- today, past 7 days, one month | A listing of all technicians with conditional formatting. The purpose is to have a comparative analysis by Hours and Ratio. |
