1. Open the Company QuickBooks file and make sure it stays open.
2. Log in to https://app.mspbots.ai/Integrations
   1. 
3. Copy the password, update the path, then save it.
   
   1. The path of the platform comes from the file path of QuickBooks on the server.
      
4. Download the  "Web Connector Installer" and "Web Connector File"
   1. Quickbooks Web Connector Installer: QBWebConnector2_3R0-00036.zip
   2. Install QuickBooks Web Connector if you don't have it already

5. Download Quickbooks Desktop Web connector file: APP_QBFS.qwc

6. Then Double click the "Web Connector Files" QWC file, it should open the QuickBooks Web Connector Application.

   1. Start QuickBooks Web Connector
   2. Authorize access:
      1. Click 'Add an Application' and choose the QWC file. Click Ok.
   3. Enter Password
      1. Input the password
7. Sync data to MSPBots
   • Click the checkbox of the application added, and click 'Update Selected' to do a manual sync.
   • Check 'autorun' and set up autorun interval in 'Every 720 Min'
8. It takes about 10-15 minutes to sync up the data. You can close the windows once the progress bar reaches 100%.
