   1. MSPbots needs data from ConnectWise to generate reports, drive the bots using data-driven decision making. So it is important to have read-only permission for all your data if you want to create automated processes.
   2. In the future, we will create more bots that will be able to create tickets, close tickets, etc, we will be asking permission accordingly.
