This informs you of the employee boxes' color codes that are displayed in the attendance app. You can see staff who are in the office, on breaks, or not working.
Additionally, it shows the tickets they are working on and the length of time they have spent on them.

1. To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account. 
   
   
   
2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen. 
   
   
   
3. Then, scroll through My Applications to look for Attendance.
