The New Attendance App's work schedule templates make it simpler for administrators to establish create work schedules. When administrators need to set multiple work schedules, these templates are quite helpful.

a. Create work template
- To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account.
2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen.
3. Then, scroll the apps to look for Attendance.
4. Then go to Settings and click Users Work Schedule in the drop-down menu

6. Upon opening the template setting, click Add Button

8. 5. Indicate the time for each day of the week and assign the corresponding time zone
9. 6. The created template should reflect in the Template Setting

1. Repeat steps 1 to 4 of the create a work template
2. 7. You can now use your template to a member by clicking EDIT on the right side of the member/ employee’s name
