This helps you understand the employee boxes' color codes displayed in the attendance app. You can see staff who are in the office, on breaks, or not working.
Additionally, it shows the tickets they are working on and the length of time they have spent on them.

  1. To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account.

  2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen.

  3. Then, scroll through My Applications to look for Attendance.

4. The attendance app is linked with MS teams. You can view all employees who are logged in and out of the office. 

  • Green- Employee is logged in
  • Blue- Employee is on break or lunch
  • Red- Employee is Out of the office


5. The dashboard also shows the ticket being worked on by the employee and how long the employee has been working. 


6. The color coding can also be changed through the settings of the client.
