This guide illustrates how to switch a user's account status in User Management from Enabled to Disabled.
This process can be performed by an admin only. This is intended for clients that want to delete user accounts for staff members who have left their organization. Disabled accounts are unable to access the MSPbots app.

To enable or disable an account:


  1. To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account. 
  2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen. 


  3. Then, scroll the apps to look for Attendance.

  4.  On the Upper part of the attendance app, click on Settings.


  5. Click the drop-down menu then click User’s Work Schedule.


  6. In the User’s Work schedule page, tick the checkbox beside the employee’s name.


           


     5.  To finally enable and disable a member, you have two options.  First, on the upper part of the page, you can click enable or disable attendanceSecond duse the toggle switch under the attendance column can be used to turn on or off the attendance app of the employee.
