FAQ from MSPs

1. We are doing this to help the MSP community, we are not making any money from this group purchase. So, if you are not an MSPbots client, you can NOT join the group purchase, as we are not running this as a business to make money. 
2. Seamless.ai is aware of the group purchase, and we have their blessing. This is not an underground group purchase where you could get in trouble, and you will get technical support from Seamless.ai instead of MSPbots.
3. Your data in seamless AI are separate, you are the only one who can see your list. We or the other members won't be able to see your list of data. You can add your own integration with your CRM.
4. This is a group deal, not a promotional offer. The price will stay the same after a year unless Seamless increases its price for everyone.
5. You can't share one account with multiple users. If you have multiple users who use it at the same time, seamless will detect that and will auto-log off the active account. You can purchase more than one user, just send us the email addresses.
6. Seamless.ai will provide direct support and the product should include all features. Please note we don’t provide any support since we just help everyone to get a group purchase deal.
