This guide illustrates how to switch a user's account status in User Management from Enabled to Disabled.
This process can be performed by an admin only. This is intended for clients that want to delete user accounts for staff members who have left their organization. Disabled accounts are unable to access the MSPbots app.

To enable or disable an account:


  1. To start this process, open https://app.mspbots.ai and login using your Office 365 account.

  2. Click Apps on the MSPbots app which you can find on the left side of the screen.

  3. Then, scroll through My Applications to look for Attendance.

  4. Then go to Settings and click Users Work Schedule in the drop-down menu

  5. In the User’s Work schedule page, tick the checkbox beside the employee’s name.

  • To enable, you have two options. 

    First, on the upper part of the page, you can click enable or use the toggle switch under the attendance column can be used to turn on the attendance app of the employee.
                  

  • To disable a member, you have two options.  First, on the upper part of the page, you can click disable attendance or use the toggle switch under the attendance column can be used to turn off the attendance app of the employee.
