- Please open the SQL Agent client to retrieve the logs.
- Click Save Log.
- When the Tips pop-up appears, click Confirm.
- Input LOG for the File name, select .zip as the Save as type, and finally click on the Save button.
- Once you have saved the Log file locally, follow the instructions in the Tips pop-up window and compress the file before sending it over to our support team at support@mspbots.ai. Alternatively, you can contact our DA team and they will assist you with the process.
