Users with the FREE subscription have limited bot usage. (See How many bots are included in my subscription?) On the other hand, for clients subscribed to packages and bundles, each licensed user with the appropriate permissions can create ten (10) bots and use these bots to send unlimited messages to any licensed user in the team. Only Note that only licensed and paying users can open the notifications.
