This procedure article is for clients who want to remove the user accounts of individuals who are no longer with their company. It shows how to change a user's account status from Enabled to Disabled in User Management.

Note: This procedure can be performed by an admin only.  Important: Disabled users cannot Once disabled, the individuals assigned to the disabled accounts can no longer log in and use the MSPbots app. 

To disable a user account in the MSPbots app:

7. On the User Management tab, check if the user is no longer on the list. This confirms that the user is already disabled.  

Important: Disabling a user account does not delete the account from the database because the user's records may be associated with some historical data. Deactivating the user from the AAD will automatically disable a user from MSPbots User Management.
