After your successful integration of Microsoft OneDrive to MSPbots, you are now ready to import your data for dataset creation. This article shows how you can add the CSV files that you want to convert into a dataset.

What are the requirements for adding a CSV file?

You need the following before you can add a CSV file for conversion: 

  • Admin role - Only admins and

  • Only roles with editing privileges for Intergrations are supported to Integrations can add CSV files, such as admin. 
  • CSV files in OneDrive - You need to upload the Already uploaded CSV files to OneDrive before you can add these for conversion.
  • Already connected MSPbots to OneDrive.

  • OneDrive integration - MSPbots should be successfully connected to OneDrive before you can perform the steps below. 

How can I add a CSV file? 

Be guided by the following steps for adding a CSV file:

  1. Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app and search
  2. Navigate to Integrations.
  3. Search for OneDrive in the search bar.

  4. Click the ellipsis Image Modified and select Files.

  5. Select the user account and the CSV files that have already been uploaded to in OneDrive. .

    Do the following steps: 
    find csv fileImage Added
    1. User Account: Type the user's account in the User Account field and click the Search Image Modified icon.
      Note

      The User Account field is case-sensitive. Ensure that you are typing

      Tip

      Please make sure to type in the user account case-sensitivelycorrectly. 


    2. Drives: Click the dropdown button  Image Modified to and select the appropriate drive where the file or files are located.
    3. File Name:Type Enter the file name in the File Name field and click Image Removed.Another way is by searching the Search Image Added icon.
      Alternatively, you can
      search for the file extension in the File Name search bar. For example, if the file extension is ' .csv', just type in '*.csv' to return all CSV files associated with the user. 
      Once you see your the search results are available, simply click on the file you want to convert into a dataset. 

  6. Click the Save and Sync button.

The CSV files cannot contain any of the following: 

  • Blank rows
  • Blank column headers
  • Duplicate column headers
  • Symbols in column headers
  • Column headers that are more than 25 characters long
  • Numbers with commas
