How bad is your MSP doing with late time entries?

Before you head over to the reports, please change the following settings here:

1. CW Late time Entry Setting (mspbots.ai)
   1. Select the users that should be excluded from the late time entry report, they will not be showing up in the late time entry report.

You can find out via these two reports:

1. ConnectWise Late Time Entry Analysis (mspbots.ai)
   1. This report is an analysis of the overall late time entry for the company.
2. ConnectWise Per User Late Time Entry Analysis Report (mspbots.ai)
   1. This report is a detailed analysis of late time entry issues per employee.
