This guide is intended for clients that want to delete user accounts for staff members who have left their organization. It illustrates how to switch a user's account status in User Management from Enabled to Disabled.
This process can be performed by an admin only. Individuals assigned to disabled This is intended for clients that want to delete user accounts for staff members who have left their organization. Disabled accounts are unable to access the MSPbots app after being disabled. When a user is removed from your AD account, it will be immediately synced in and disabled in MSPbots..

To enable or disable an account:


  1. Click Apps on the MSPbots app on the left side of the screen.

  2. Click Attendance on the right.

  3. Then, scroll the apps to look for Attendance.

  4.  On On the Upper part of the attendance app, click on Settings.

  5. Click the drop-down menu Scroll down then click User’s Work Schedule.

  6. In the User’s Work schedule page, tick the checkbox beside the employee’s name.

     5.  To finally enable and disable a member, you have two optionsOn First, on the upper part of the page, you can click enable or disable attendance or use the  toggle switch attendanceSecond duse the toggle switch under the attendance column can be used to turn on or off the attendance app of the employee.
