- Open the dashboard/widget
- Click on the Edit button
- For widgets, go to On the Info tab of the Widget Builder window, you will see the Role field.. For Dashboards, an Edit popup window should appear.
- Click on the Role dropdown and uncheck all roles you want to remove access from.
- To save the changes made, click Click on Apply button for widgets and Continue button for dashboards, found on the lower right of the window.
- Repeat this step for all widgets and dashboards you want to manage access to.
